Dizam…have I sucked at updating this or what…bwahahahahaha.
So lots of stuff is going on in the Land of Milk and Froth, and since most of it is action packed and exciting I will try to keep you guys better informed.
Six Minute Century has turned in the new album to the label and been granted a release date. Once Nightmare Records puts out the press release I will share that date with all of you.
Well of Souls has been writing the follow-up record to “Sorrow My Name” and progress is good. We finally have a permanent drummer, Chris Kotlarz (Echo Temple) who is filling the void behind the kit nicely. I have even wrote some music for this new collection, so there will be a tad bit more frothy goodness than ever before in the doom.
Winters End, the cover band with my buddies has a few shows booked, but not a lot of new info to post there.
And, for me at least, the really exciting news is that my Dr. Froth solo album “Velvet Shades of Moist” has been turned into the studio for work on the drum tracks to commence. Cassie Bonin has completed the cover artwork for this as well. I’m excited to see where this will take me.
And…thanks to my friends Scott, Marc, Tim, and Chris…I was able to play some of this music live as “Dr. Froth & The Disciples of Froktar.” It went over better than I ever thought it would and it will be something that we do again…count on it.
Thank all of you for your continued interest in the bizarre bass-work of Dr. Froth…I’ll try to keep you guys in the loop a little better (you know I go through cycles with this stuff).
